I just received my order this morning, absolutely over the moon and back love the suits and sarong. Perfect fit, and the print and fabric is just beautiful. I ordered the Jade Fisher print and the olive rib. Fabric is high quality as is the manufacturing. The internal lining is like shapewear and very comfortable. These are very wearable and flattering swimsuits.

I feel so good in this swimsuit, the lining holds me in and the design of the neckline is very flattering. The print and fabric are beautiful. Quick delivery and I asked a question about fit and got an immediate response with photos.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages:
Kalindi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please take a relevant photo and save all packaging materials, and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Faulty Items – Refund or Exchange:
If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we’re truly sorry. We will gladly offer a full refund or exchange. Kalindi will cover the return shipping costs back to us. Kalindi will also cover the shipping costs to send the replacement item to you. To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact us on returns@kalindi.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with order number as proof of purchase AND clear photos and description of the issue. Item must be in unworn, unwashed condition with tags and hygiene liners still intact. Free from any marks, stains or odours such as deodorants, perfumes, tans, sunscreens.
Wrong Size – Free Size Exchange:
Ordered the wrong size? We’re happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, such as a store credit or a refund The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to Kalindi.
- Kalindi will cover the shipping cost to send the new size back to the customer.
- ONE FREE size exchange per eligible swimwear item
