The Elevated Essentials Brief is made from OEKO-TEX certified main fabric and GOTS certified organic cotton absorbent layers. Luxuriously soft yet beautifully absorbent, your new favourites on high rotation. As advocates of comfort, we recommend buying one size up. 

Key Features:

  • Absorbs 15mL = 2 tampons. Ideal for moderate flow days and light bladder leaks. 
  • No dig, no pinch waistband, designed without elastics for an ultra-comfortable fit. 
  • Butter-soft feel, far softer than standard period underwear.
  • Discreet and elegant, looks and feels like lingerie.
  • Breathable and leak-proof so you can move freely, worry-free.

  • Main Fabric: 92% nylon, 8% spandex (OEKO-TEX® certified)
  • Absorbent Layer: 95% organic cotton, 5% spandex (GOTS certified) 
  • Leak-proof Barrier: 100% breathable PUL (OEKO-TEX® certified)

Care:

Wash before wear. Rinse in cold water after use. Cold machine wash inside out. Avoid fabric softeners or bleach. Use a laundry bag to ensure your garment’s longevity. Line dry inside out. Never pierce the waterproof layering.

Australia: Flat rate shipping charges applied at check out.

  • Free shipping for orders over $200AUD

New Zealand: Flat rate shipping charges applied at check out.

Refund Policy

Eligible Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, hygiene and safety are paramount. We offer returns on the following items:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Faulty items may be returned – email hello@wicksintimates.com with details and we will help you with a replacement.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items (excludes first time customers)

For the health and safety of our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Change of mind
  • Worn or used underwear (even if tried on for fit).
  • Products that have been washed or altered.
  • Items missing a receipt.
  • Items missing original tags and packaging.
  • Final sale items or special promotions.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at hello@wicksintimates.com
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Include photographs where appropriate.
  3. We will send you return instructions, including a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns. 

Please note:

  • Where possible we will send you a replacement product.
  • Returns are typically processed within 10-14 business days upon receipt.
  • Any refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect. 

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will fix the error right away at no additional charge.
