Shipping Policy

Domestic 

Domestic shipping for all orders within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $12.50 for standard shipping.  FREE shipping for orders over $199.

You can request AU express shipping at checkout which is $15.50.

Orders will be shipped during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.  Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days.

Any orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for order processing during sale periods, due to higher than normal volumes of orders.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.  We have a flat rate of $18.99 for international shipping. This will be added at the checkout. We offer FREE international shipping for orders over $400. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase or date of delivery for online orders. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase or delivery of your online order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer store credit in this instance.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned to us in original condition with all labels / tags attached.  

Returns may take several days to process.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or on sale items or items won in a competition.

To return your product, please contact us first by email devoishop@outlook.com 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As we are not liable for the loss of the item being returned, we recommend sending your parcel with a traceable service.

International orders

DEVOI will not credit any customs or duties due on your order, including items won in a competition. Such taxes are to be borne by customers within their own jurisdiction.
