  • There is a flat rate shipping of AUD$10 for orders under AUD$100.
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 working days.
  • Mintchi uses Australia Post, which is a quick and reliable service.
  • Standard delivery times are between 1-4 working days for Australia's orders.
  • Once your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track each step of your delivery.
  • We can provide you with the parcel receipt but cannot be responsible for lost, late or damaged orders.

  • Mintchi ships worldwide FREE for orders over AUD$100!

Refund Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • We want you to love and be happy with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not returned, items should be in the original condition as when they were received, including all swing tags.
  • You must return items within seven days of the purchase date.
  • Customers will be responsible for any shipping and handling of their returns.
  • Items marked down in our sale are non-refundable, except in the case of a faulty item. Sale items qualify for return through store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within seven days of purchase to confirm we have your preferred item available.
  • Items returned for exchange should be in the original condition as when you received them, including all swing tags.
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchange returns.
  • These must be within seven days of purchase for exchanges within Australia and include a self-addressed Australia Post prepaid satchel. We will re-ship your order using your self-addressed envelope within one day of receiving the returned item.
  • You must post the items within seven days of receiving the goods for international exchanges. Please include your contact details to contact you to arrange for payment for re-shipping. Paypal will invoice Re-shipping costs. All outstanding fees are due to be paid before re-shipping your exchanged item.​​
