Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Please try on your new Magenta garment as soon as possible, to check that it is the size and fit you ordered / we discussed. If there is a problem, please email

Returns
If you need to return it, please return the garment unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with invoice within 7 days of having received it. Returns are only possible in standard sizes. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and it is recommended you send your parcel with a trackable service. Magenta Threads would not be liable for items lost in the post. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the return is received, if the condition of the garment is as new, your refund will be made via the same method with which it was purchased.
