At Darlila we take care in ensuring each garment we send is in excellent condition. However, if you are not happy with your purchase we accept returns based on the following conditions.
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn with all tags still attached.
If you receive a faulty item you are eligible for a full refund. Any other reason for return such as a change of mind will be offered a store credit. We offer exchanges for items of the same price if you would like a different size or colour. However, we will not cover any return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item being returned is faulty. If you need to return an item, you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping.
