Refund Policy
All items, excluding sale items, may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery as long as the garment is returned in the condition it was sent, must be unwashed and unworn. Sale items are non returnable.
Please note: Due to the nature of our recycled collection, slight imperfections may occur in the fabric and that's often the beauty of our products. We do ask that you please accept these, however if you are unhappy with your purchase and believe that your items is faulty, please get in touch for a refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please email us at studio@amberdawn.co.nz with RETURNS in the subject line to let us know you will be returning the item.
All requests for returns made after the 14 day period from receipt of the item will be denied
Please allow up to 5 working days to process returns.
