Shipping Policy

At BounceDown, we are committed to receiving and processing your order as soon as it is received. We work with local and national delivery services, so the order is tracked and shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Within Australia (Australia Post)

Shipping within Australia is free for all purchases.

Delivery within 3 - 10 business days for Standard shipping.

International

At this stage, BounceDown Swimwear is not shipping to international locations. As we continue to grow, we will be delighted to extend our reach to international customers.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

All orders received before 3pm AEDT will be sent on the same day. Once shipped you will receive an automatic notification via email with a tracking number that can be used to monitor the process.

If you do not receive this automatic email, please get in touch with us by emailing info@bouncedown.com.au

Peak periods such as public holidays may attract a longer processing time.

Refund Policy

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

If it has been more than 15 business day since your refund has been approved, contact us at info@bouncedown.com.au

Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged or incorrect contact us immediately at info@bouncedown.com.au so we can resolve the issue.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

At BounceDown, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help!

Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed in the original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any sale items due to change of mind, unless it has been deemed faulty.

Return Process

  1. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria

  2. Contact us at info@bouncedown.com.au to initiate your return. Include your order number and a description of the item including the size. 

  3. Upon approval, you will need to post the item back to use securely. 

Please note, items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
