Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 21 business days (3 weeks) for your order to be crafted and dispatched, unless otherwise stated. Each garment is made-to-order with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.
Shipping
Once your piece is ready, it will be shipped via Australia Post using the method selected at checkout (standard or express). A tracking number will be sent to your email once it’s on the way.

Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds
All garments are made to order, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or order cancellations.
If a fit issue arises and alterations aren’t possible, we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
In the rare case your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll assess the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Garment Fit & Alterations
We want you to love your By Bel piece from the moment it arrives. If the fit isn’t quite right, email us — we’re happy to assist. If alterations are required, we can help arrange them to ensure the perfect fit.
Accurate Measurements
To create your piece to your specifications, please ensure all measurements provided are accurate. We are not responsible for sizing issues where the measurements supplied by the customer are incorrect. If you're unsure how to take your measurements, we’re more than happy to guide you through the process before you order.
