How do we ship your garments to you?

Wherever you are in the world, we know that Es Una will be a valuable addition to your wardrobe, so we ship to all destinations.

Upon receiving your payment, we will generally ship your order within one to five business days. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss. (In this instance, you may like to wait for stock to be available, refund or replace your item).

On occasion, we take a design break (or holiday) and ship orders upon our return. A notice will be on our home page to advise if this is the case, announcing our 'next shipping date'.

Orders will be shipped using Australia Post and are trackable. Australia Post provides estimates of shipping times on their website. You can view them by clicking this link here. Es Una is not liable or responsible for taxes or duty payments outside of Australia.

Australia

We offer free standard shipping to locations across Australia for orders over $100.

Shipping costs will vary, depending on parcel size and speed of delivery selected. Rates calculated at checkout. For orders under $100, postage is calculated at checkout. As a rough guide...

Standard Shipping is 2 to 6 days (longer for country) and starts from $9.95.

Express Shipping is next day to capital cities and major centres and starts from $12.95.

Express Shipping is 4 - 8 days and starts from $29.80.

Express Shipping is 4 - 8 days and starts from $33.

International

As a rough guide, International Shipping will take between 1 - 3 weeks delivery, depending on the parcel service you select. Prices start from $ depending on the delivery speed and parcel size you select.

For international shipping, you are liable for any incoming taxes / import duties your country may charge.

Refund Policy

What items are non-refundable? 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted and sale items.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns centre
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. No exchange on sale items.
