Founded in 2018 by Carlie, Jade and May is an independent brand designed and based out of Geelong, Australia.
What began as a mission to craft sleepwear in cosy natural fabrics and chill vibes, the Jade and May line is all about relaxing in style – anywhere! These easy-to-wear, comfy sleepwear and loungewear pieces are simplistic in design and will flow effortlessly with the changing seasons, allowing you to mix, match and layer throughout the year.
Thoughtfully designed in Geelong by founder, Carlie and ethically handcrafted by a small team in a female owned and led Balinese factory from sustainable fabrics, cut in a quality to last.
Carlie has worked directly with the small team in Bali since 2019 and has developed a close relationship during our twice yearly factory visits. Staff are treated fairly and are well paid with overtime hours limited to fair working conditions. Our orders work to relaxed deadlines to avoid stress on our team and in keeping with the Balinese ‘waste not, want not’ mantra, no fabric is wasted in the making of Jade and May products with all offcuts used in the sampling process across the factory or creating smaller items
