Shipping Policy
At Jade and May we endeavour to dispatch all orders (Monday – Friday) by the next business day. All orders made over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
During peak and promotional times, please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for dispatch.

Metro Areas: 3-5 business days
Regional Areas: 5-7 business days

Email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au within 30 days of receiving your full priced item and we will happily allow you to return your item for a refund, exchange for a store credit or a different item in-store. All items must be in original packaging, unused, unworn and in a re-saleable condition.
No refund on sale items but if the item is still available for sale on our website we are happy to exchange upon receipt of unworn sale items on an ad-hoc basis, email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au
