Shipping Policy
How quickly will you ship my order?
If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 business days after the order is received. If your garment is being made to order, it will ship within 2 business days after the item has been made for you. Please note that make times for garments vary between 2 weeks and 2 months, depending on issues such as the complexity of the garment, and whether the fabric needs to be printed first.
How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has shipped?
Shipping times vary:
- metro areas usually 2–5 days
- regional usually 5–10 days
- international usually 2–4 weeks
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You can return any items purchased at full price within 7 days of receipt of the garment if the item is:
- In its original saleable condition – unworn, unmarked, unwashed and undamaged
- All labels are still attached to the product (care instructions, size tags and the barcoded swing tag).
Returns that are accepted are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.
Please note that all sale & sample items have been heavily discounted, they are sold as-is and as such are not covered by the refund policy listed above.
Under Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
