We use Australia Post shipping for parcels
Standard post
- Standard is expected to take 1-7 days
- cost: $10.00 for garment orders under $250.00
- Orders over $250 are free
Express post
- Express is expected to take 2-10 business days
- cost: $20 for garment orders under $250
- cost: $27.50 for orders over $250
International
Standard post
- orders are expected to take 6 - 27 business days
- cost: $20 for orders under $250
- cost: $25 - $35 for orders over $250
Express post
- Expected to take 1-3 business days, depending on region
- costs $30 - $44.50 depending on weight & region
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Support
Please try on your new Magenta garment as soon as possible, to check that it is the size and fit you ordered / we discussed. If there is a problem, please email kate@magentathreads.com immediately to explain, perhaps it can be altered.
Returns
If you need to return it, please return the garment unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with invoice within 7 days of having received it. Returns are only possible in standard sizes.
The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and it is recommended you send your parcel with a trackable service. Magenta Threads would not be liable for items lost in the post. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the return is received, if the condition of the garment is as new, your refund will be made via the same method with which it was purchased. This may take 14 days to process.
