The processing time for orders is 1-5 business days. Myla Active is individually run, so please be patient.

Standard: 2-6 business days - $10.50
Express: 1-3 business days - $14.50
To New Zealand

Returns/Refund Policy
We only offer store credit for all returns, excluding faulty items.
Sale items can not be returned/exchanged
Change of mind - Store credit will be provided, return shipping must be paid by customer
Size exchange - We can not guarantee that the desired size will be in stock. If it is, return shipping must be paid by the customer. Once the item has been received we will cover the additional shipping cost for the new item at a standard shipping rate.
Faulty item - If you have received a faulty item please contact our email ASAP. Initial return shipping must be paid by the customer. Once we have received the item and deemed it faulty, a refund be provided including the return shipping cost. If the item isn’t deemed faulty, the customer will receive store credit.
