Shipping Policy
Ready to Ship Processing Time: will take approximately 2 to 3 business days to process, before they are shipped.
You will be contacted once you have paid and the order is finalised, and then once the order is ready to be shipped.
All PenelopeRED parcels are shipped via Australia Post and include a tracking number.
Australian Shipping Times:
Metro: 2-3 business days
Other: 5-7 business days
Australian Shipping Cost: Free
International Shipping Times:
International Shipping Cost: $15 Flat Rate
Shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges that may be due in a particular country. Penelope Red has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Penelope Red will accept exchanges on items that do not fit, however, the shipment back to Penelope Red, and back to the customer, is the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to contact me within 14 days from date of shipment, if you need to exchange a garment.
I don’t accept cancellations of an order, or change of mind. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale (They can be exchanged for something else of equal or lesser value if the fit is not right.)
