Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Need a Different Size or Colour?
Exchanges are quick and easy! Simply return your original item and place a new order for the size or colour you’d like. This ensures you get exactly what you want as fast as possible. We offer free return shipping, so there’s no extra cost to you!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

What if my item arrived damaged?
Please contact us immediately at info@saturdayvibes.com.au with photos of the damage. We’ll fix it right away!

Can I return sale items?
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned for a refund, but you are eligible for store credit.

How do I find my order number?
Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent when you placed your order. It starts with a # followed by numbers (e.g., #1001).
