Why Mary provide FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for orders over $150. Standard shipping for orders under $150 is calculated at $10.
International Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $30
Upon receipt of payment, packages are dispatched within 1-2 business days and shipped via Australia Post with tracking. If you require Express Post, please contact us to arrange, however additional charges will apply.
Refund Policy
Quality control is of a high standard however, if product is flawed in some way, a full refund will be given.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 business days of purchase. Please email us as soon as possible quoting order number and reason for return.
We offer a merchandise credit for change of mind on purchases if they
- are in original purchase condition with tags included
- have not been worn, washed, altered or damaged
Returns will be processed within 5 business days unless otherwise advised by email.
Please provide a reply paid satchel should you wish to exchange your garment.
Postage costs for returns/exchanges are payable by the customer and will only be reimbursed in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied orders.
