Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Refund Policy
We want you to love your ZIJDE look- but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you.
Returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Sale items and accessories are final sale and non-refundable.
How to Return:
Email us at emily@zijde.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you return instructions (return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the item is faulty).
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
