Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We are happy to provide a refund or exchange on any full price items. We do not offer returns on any sale items unless deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Garments must be returned in a saleable condition (all tags need to remain attached and items must be returned with original packaging). Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of purchase (please remember that it may take up to 5 days for domestic orders to reach us via Australia Post). We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the time-frame. Post to RMB 650, Yuna WA 6532.
If you wish to return an item, please email hello@homesteadroad.com.au to arrange a return. We will then email you the return form. Please be aware:
• Your refund or credit includes the cost of the product but not any shipping paid on the original order
• Any refunds will be processed via the original method of payment
• Store-credit notes are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
Homestead Road is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services, taking note of your tracking number. Returned items must be sent by a prepaid method of shipping.
