SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping will be charged per Australia Post flat rate and will be calculated and added in your cart. Delivery times vary based on your location.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $200.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages: Kalindi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please take a relevant photo and save all packaging materials, and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund Policy
EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your Kalindi pieces and feel confident in your purchase.
We also understand that finding the perfect swimwear size online can be tricky. That's why we're proud to offer a 'Free Size Exchange' service. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns and exchanges:
Faulty Items – Refund or Exchange: If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we’re truly sorry. We will gladly offer a full refund or exchange.
• Kalindi will cover the return shipping costs back to us.
• Kalindi will also cover the shipping costs to send the replacement item to you.
To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact us on returns@kalindi.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with order number as proof of purchase AND clear photos and description of the issue. Item must be in unworn, unwashed condition with tags and hygiene liners still intact. Free from any marks, stains or odours such as deodorants, perfumes, tans, sunscreens.
Wrong Size – Free Size Exchange: Ordered the wrong size? We’re happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, such as a store credit or a refund
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to Kalindi.
• Kalindi will cover the shipping cost to send the new size back to the customer.
• ONE FREE size exchange per eligible swimwear item

Kalindi has the right to decline any exchange or return if the items are found to be soiled, damaged or not in their original condition.
Change of Mind – Refund Only: If you’ve had a change of heart, we can offer a refund under the following conditions:
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected by our team.

Please ensure items are returned in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with tags and hygiene liners still intact. Free from any marks, stains or odours such as deodorants, perfumes, tans, sunscreens.
Kalindi has the right to decline any exchange or return if the items are found to be soiled, damaged or not in their original condition.
Kalindi items marked as SALE or CLEARANCE are not eligible for a Return, Refund or Exchange, unless faulty.
