We proudly ship our garments worldwide via regular or express mail. For orders from Australia, we use Australia Post and for overseas orders, we use DHL.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns beyond this period.
  • We offer exchanges for size adjustments or store credit in the form of a gift card, with the exception of final sale items.
  • Exchanges are limited to the same item in alternate sizes subject to availability.

Return Conditions

  • To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached, neatly folded in the tote bag provided.
  • Please note that shipping costs, as well as customs duties and taxes, are non-refundable.
  • Australian customers returning domestic orders will receive a prepaid postage return label. However, a $10 postage fee will be deducted from the gift card amount.
  • International customers are responsible for arranging return postage at their own expense through their preferred shipping provider. We recommend utilizing trackable shipping services.

Processing and Price Adjustments

  • Our team endeavours to process returns promptly, aiming to complete the process within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please anticipate potential processing delays for Sale/Discount/Promotion items.
